Prices and products
The prices presented in this online store are in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, plus the respective shipping costs that are applicable. The prices and specifications of the products of this site may be altered by Bianca Rouge Black without prior notice, but remain fixed from the moment they are chosen form the Customer.
The orders are delivered to the address indicated at the payment time. The products present in the online store are limited to the existing stock. In case of unavailability of any article, Bianca Rouge Black will inform the Customer. All the products are handmade and therefore have subtle variations in details, format and size between them.
Deliveries are made through the National Portuguese Mail Service. Starting from the shipping day, for Portugal the delivery is estimated in 1-2 working days, for Europe in 3 working days, for the rest of the world in 5 working days. Bianca Rouge Black is not responsible for any shipping delays. Costs associated with each order will be calculated into chart page.
The shipping deadline is 3-4 working days, for products that are in stock. The deadline may be up to 10 working days for personalized products, or products that are not in immediate stock.
Delivery and Shipping Costs
Deliveries are made through the National Portuguese Mail Service. Costs associated with each order will be calculated into cart page depending on the items and on the destination. The Customer is responsible for any applicable import duties and local taxes. Please verify before making your purchase.
Cancellation of the order
The customer may withdraw the order, as long as it has not yet been processed by Bianca Rouge Black. The withdrawal of the order can be formalized by email sent to the address email@example.com. The Customer must mention the personal data and the order number, otherwise the withdrawal will be ineffective.
Non-acceptance of order
Bianca Rouge Black reserves the right not to accept the order, informing the Costumer, in the following cases: a) Stock breakdown; b) Unavailability of the article; c) In the event that Bianca Rouge Black considers that there is a misconduct on the part of the buyer or some inconsistency in the registered personal data.
Upon receipt of the order, the customer has a period of 14 days to terminate the contract free of charge, from the date of receipt of the product. The Customer will be responsible for the costs of return shipping as well as packing the item safely for travel. The Customer should send back the product with the original internal and external packaging, and, after verification that the product shows no signs of use, the Customer may choose another item for the exchange. If the product in question is out of stock, it will be offered to the Customer a voucher of the value of the item, exchange for other items or refund of money. The contract can not be canceled in the case of products made according to consumer specifications or personalized. Under Decreto-lei no. 24/2014 of February 14. Within the same period the Customer may proceed to claim any defects or inadequacy of the product in relation to the order. For this purpose, the complaint must be formalized by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 72hours. Otherwise, Bianca Rouge Black will not be rensponsible for any damage caused by packing or transport. The email should include photographic evidences of the damaged items still in the original packaging. In the case of a complaint, in the case of a resolution, the Client must indicate expressly the reasons for his complaint, always mentioning the personal data and the order number.
Limitation of liability
We make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free of typographical errors and, whenever they occur, we will proceed as soon as possible to correct them. In case the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer can proceed with a return procedure in accordance with the previous point.
Intellectual and industrial property
Alternative Dispute Resolution:
Customers of Bianca Rouge Black have alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, which are less formal, less expensive and faster than traditional judicial procedures.
In particular, the solution provided for in Law no. 144/2015, which establishes the legal framework of mechanisms for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
