There is a product that I’d like to purchase, but it is not in the color that I like. Can I order it? Yes, of course! If you like a specific color and you want a product in that shade, that is not available on the website, contact us, and we will inform you about production times. Can I order an item that is out of stock? Sure. If you find something you love that is “out of stock”, you can write us and order it. Shipping times can vary depending if we have the product ready to glaze or we have to make it from the beginning. What’s the average weight of a pair of earring? It seems strange, but our earrings are very light. The average weight is 5 grams, check this video 🙂 EARRINGS WEIGHT Can I send a purchase as a gift? Yes, we can pack your gift and write something cute for you, just write what you want in the message cart, or if you have already completed the order, send us a message from our contacts page. I don’t have pierced ears, do you have an option for me? Yes, we do! All our medium and large earrings are available for a nickel-free clip option without supplements. Write to us in the notes if you want this variation. I would like a party favor for my event. Do you create customized products? Yes, if you need customized products for your event, we can design and produce items for you, or personalize our products. We can also provide handmade and sustainable packaging. Can I wash the buttons in the washing mashine? Buttons are perfectly fine in the washing machine as long as the garment is turned inside out, although hand washing is most recommended.

I would like to have the invoice with my fiscal number, is it possible? Of course. Please write it in the checkout notes. Just specify if you are a private customer or a company, so we can set the invoice according to our fiscal system.

ORDER TRACKING All orders are shipped by CTT. You can check your order easily putting your shipment tracking number HERE for Portugal. You can also find more information about your order based on your nation using your specific national post office service, for example:

PURCHASES FROM OUTSIDE UE Orders sent to countries outside the European Union or with customs and tax policies different from most European Union countries, may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees charged in the destination country. The customer may incur additional customs clearance charges. Bianca Rouge Black does not control these charges nor is it able to make an estimate. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for more informations. BREXIT As of January 31, 2020, the United Kingdom has officially ceased to be a member state of the European Union. All purchases over 135£ (shipping costs included) made from this country may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees not included in the site checkout total. For more informations please confirm with the local custom office before making the purchase.
